IR(A)
Flying according to VFR regulations has a lot of advantages but there is this one fundamental drawback: it is strongly dependant on the weather conditions. If you want to perform flights at strong cloudiness, haze, fog or variable weather conditions, called IMC (Instrument Meteorological Condition) you will need the Instrument Rating IR(A).
For some the IR rating will be indispensable to fly an airliner, for others it will increase the freedom of flying a plane by becoming less dependent of weather conditions. Whether it’s the first or the latter reason Bartolini Air instructors will help you obtain this rating. There are two ways of achieving it. One is the IR(A)SE rating for single-engine aeroplanes, another is the IR(A)ME rating for multi-engine aeroplanes.
Bartolini Air offers a unique IR(A) training course directly on a multi-engine Tecnam P2006T aeroplane fitted with a Garmin glass cockpit. Therefore, it is also an opportunity for trained pilots to learn more about the technology of the future, which step by step is becoming a standard in aviation, especially in commercial one. Tecnam P2006T is the cheapest possibility to train on a multi-engine aeroplane on the market, which allows for training for IR(A)ME rating without the need of obtaining IR(A)SE rating beforehand. Thus, the training is cheaper, faster and less stressful.
